La dureza y alta resistencia al desgaste que tiene
este material fueron determinantes para elegir
el mármol Mistral para el suelo de la Terminal 4
del Aeropuerto de Barajas, pues el alto
tránsito de un espacio como este, hace que sea
imprescindible un material de larga durabilidad.
123 mil metros de pavimento y 6 mil metros
lineales de bordillo es lo que se utilizó de este
material para llevar a cabo este proyecto.
This material’s hardness and high resistance to
wear were the determining factors in the choice
of Mistral marble for the flooring of Terminal 4
of Barajas airport as high transit levels make it
essential to use a material which will last for a
long time.
It took 123,000 meters of flooring and 6000 linear
meters of kerb board to compete this project.
